Parish Picnic?

2021 Parish Picnic Update

For the second year in a row we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel our parish picnic. Although there finally seems to be some good news coming about the virus, there is still much uncertainty and we want to do our part to crush this virus, not spread it.

We are, however, planning two events to come together as a faith community and celebrate our parish all while following Covid protocols of social distancing, mask wearing, and any other CDC recommendations.

Please save these dates: Saturday, May 15th and Saturday September 18th.

Our May event will include the Crowning of our Blessed Mother, an outdoor Mass, tailgating featuring a BBQ sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, a 50/50 raffle, and possibly some live music. More details to follow.

Our Fall event is in the planning stage as again, there is still quite a bit of uncertainty about what we will and will not be able to do. If you would be interested in joining us in the planning of either of these wonderful events please let Father Bob know. Again, it is disappointing to not have our traditional picnic, but the past year has taught us all to be flexible, creative, and find new ways to do old things.
