ADVENT BY CANDLELIGHT

Monday, December 6th

 The theme for this year’s event will be the “Year of St. Joseph”.  The evening will include guest speakers and possibly some Advent songs.

 Each table should have a table leader who will register the other ladies who at their table. Each table of ladies will decorate their own table for Advent and bring their own appetizers/food and table service, under the leadership of your table leader.  The parish will provide some beverages and a white table covering for each round table.

 Doors will open at 6 pm for table leaders and tablemates to decorate their table.  The program will start at 7 pm and continue until approximately 9 pm.

 You can also sign up individually and you will be assigned to a table and a table leader.  The fee is $6.00 per person or a table of 8 would be $48.00.  We will also accept tables of six if you desire more space around the table. The fees help to cover the cost of a speaker, beverages, and a donation to St. Vincent de Paul of our parish.  Make your checks out to “All Saints Parish” and put in an envelope marked “Advent by Candlelight” and drop off at the Parish Office.  Registration and payments are due by November 30th.
