Members of All Saints Ministry Organizations are parishioners who help the parish in many ways - developing a program, getting it off the ground, evaluating its progress, making changes, and calling others to serve.  The work is diverse, keeping the parish vibrant, and responsive to living the Catolic Faith.  Our six ministry categories cross the parish community and the world:

Some groups may have guidelines and a leadership structure, others may be more loosely organized, but what's important is the rich contribution parish ministries and their members make to our faith community.

FINANCE COUNCIL

(Parish Operation & Fundraising)

Mission Statement: To assist the pastor in maintaining the fiscal health of the parish and effective management of parish assets.

Duties: As stewards of all that God has given us in sacred trust, provide oversight on budgeting and budget monitoring throughout the fiscal year. Review operating statements and financial activities on a monthly basis. Provide sound policies for management of parish funds and properties, make an annual report to parishioners, and ensure financial stewardship efforts are achieved.

Time Commitment: Meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every month.

Special Skills:  Parishioners with personal interest and/or skills in accounting, management, business, and computers are welcome to become members.
