Members of All Saints Ministry Organizations are parishioners who help the parish in many ways - developing a program, getting it off the ground, evaluating its progress, making changes, and calling others to serve. The work is diverse, keeping the parish vibrant, and responsive to living the Catolic Faith. Our six ministry categories cross the parish community and the world:

Some groups may have guidelines and a leadership structure, others may be more loosely organized, but what's important is the rich contribution parish ministries and their members make to our faith community.

COUPLES’ MINISTRY

Mission Statement: To provide support and encouragement to married and engaged couples of all ages through living witness, shared experiences—spiritual and social, and trusted resources of the Catholic Church and other sources.

Duties: Core team members plan and facilitate events open to couples—on or off campus; promote couples’ events; set-up and clean-up after events.

Time Commitment: As little as 30 minutes before or after events helping with set-up and clean-up; 1 ½ -2 hour meetings before and after events for planning and evaluating; attendance at events.

Special Skills: Desire to support and encourage couples.

3rd Annual All Saints Couples Event

Saturday, February 9, 2019 was our 3rd Annual All Saints Couples Event. This event starting at 5 o'clock Mass and the renewal of wedding vows continued with a wonderful celebration of marriage at a fun dinner/dance in the Parish Center. Good food, fellowship, games, and dancing gave our parishioners and guests and opportunity enjoy themselves. A great time was had by all.

Valley Farms Pot Luck/Hayride

The Couples Ministry had a fun couple’s event at Valley Farms with our group having exclusive use of Valley Farms in Foristell.

The event featured a hayride, crockpot cook off, and a bonfire. Jorge and Karla Perez provided an elightening presentation “Seek the Joy, Live the Virtues, and Celebrate the Changes” that took us through the experiences and phases couples go through..

A wonderful time was had by all as you can see in the photos.

Evening of Fellowship/Wine Tasting
Saturday, May 7, 2016

This free event on Saturday, May 7th, provided eighteen (18) couples an opportunity for spiritual enlightenment, fellowship, and wine, cheese, and snacks. Attendees spanned

Our special guest speakers Rene and JoAnn Lusser presented a great presentation on the benetits and importance of married couples prayting together. The discussion titled "It Takes Three, Praying Together as a Couple was as well presented and enjoyable as it was spiritually enlightening.

Following the guest speakers, we had some refreshments, wine tasting, and an opportunity to meet other married couples in the parish. Cheese, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages were provided for non-drinkers.
