Guardians of Our Youth

Saturday morning sessions will provide an opportunity for parents/guardians of junior high and high school age young people to listen to “experts” on the challenges that parents/guardians and teen face in their formative years. 

In the sessions you will be able to listen, share experiences, and discuss the issues and possible solutions presented in each session.

Saturday, May 5, 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., All Saints Parish Center

Human Trafficking is a growing problem that is even reached into local communities. This session with inform parents/guardians of the scope of the issue and measures they can take to keep young people safe. 

The format will be a talk of 45 minutes followed by discussion and table sharing for 45 minutes. This is community event open to parents regardless of school district, church, or organizational affiliation. 

Our presenters are area professions with extensive experience in their respective field. Additional resources from local law enforcement and various community support organizations have been invited to attend. Coffee and light refreshments served. 

Registration required to help us plan for room setup logistics and refreshments.
