SILENT AND LIVE AUCTION

We need your help to make the silent and live auction a success again. The auction is a tremendously successful event each year at the picnic. The success depends solely on the donation of all the items that are auctioned off! We need all types of items and gift certificates to auction off at the picnic. If you have any items to donate or you are able to get Cardinals or Blues tickets, please contact Nicole Gillenardo at 636-397-1440, ext. 238 or drop them off at the Parish Office. Please check and see what items you may be able to donate to make the Live and Silent Auctions a Big Success!!!!!!!!!! 

Donate to the Parish Picnic Country Store!!

Please consider donating new or like new items for our parish picnic’s country store.

The country store is a fun booth where many treasures can be found!! We are looking for items like: · Wine glasses, nick-nacks, Holy Statues, Rosaries, pots and pans, place settings, kitchen utensils, all holiday decorations, toys, games and puzzles (with ALL pieces please), lamps, radios, calculators, tools, books(not textbooks), cd’s, dvd’s, albums and more!!

What we CANNOT ACCEPT: · Any broken items (especially glass!!) · Wax candles (unless brand new, never used, and in original packaging), · Any clothing, undergarments, outerwear, or shoes · Anything rusted, dirty or full of bugs!! · LIVE ANIMALS (or dead ones) Unsold items will be donated to Saint Vincent De Paul. You may drop off donations at the parish office. We are unable to accept donations after June 5th. Cash donations are also gratefully accepted. Thank you for your help with this endeavor!!

Together we can make it a success!! Don’t forget to stop by the picnic sign up tables and sign up for a shift (or two)!! We have lots of fun in this booth!!

Soda/Bottled Water for Parish Picnic

For the last few years, we have requested donations of soda and water for the Parish Picnic. Every year, you have come through with your generosity and saved us around $800 year. We would like to continue with this program. Please donate a case of 12oz cans of soda or a case of bottled water. Below is the list of soda that we sell at the picnic.

• Diet Pepsi
• Coke
• Mountain Dew
• Sprite

If you would like to donate, please bring your soda or water to the Parish Office or at the sign up tables for the Picnic (Starting May 13). Thank you.
